Barbi3 (Film)

Barbi3 merupakan film Indonesia yang dirilis pada tahun 2008 yang disutradarai oleh Monty Tiwa. Film ini dibintangi antara lain oleh Titi Kamal, Poppy Sovia, Francine Roosenda, Desta, Cathy Sharon dan Sujiwo Tejo yang dirilis pada Jumat, 26 September 2008 pada saat libur Lebaran.

Sinopsis
Marion (Titi Kamal), Alya (Poppy Sovia) dan Aline (Francine Roosenda) adalah tiga mahasiswi paling cantik, kaya dan sekaligus paling dibenci di kampus mereka. Julukan mereka adalah ‘Cewek Bling-Bling’. Sudah tidak terhitung pria-pria yang jatuh bertekuk lutut dibawah kaki mereka, salah satunya adalah Stanley (Desta Club 80’s), cowok baru di kampus dari Surabaya. Stanley yang dipermalukan, memilih untuk bunuh diri. Untungnya usahanya sempat digagalkan oleh Helen (Cathy Sharon), seorang gadis manis, baik hati dan bermusuhan dengan cewek bling-bling. Mungkin karena karma atas dosa-dosa mereka. Di tengah perjalanan itulah mobil Marion ditabrak oleh bus kampus

Cerita ini kemudian berlanjut di alam baka ketika roh para gadis remaja ini disidang oleh seorang malaikat (Sujiwo Tejo). Daftar dosa-dosa mereka terhadap para pria membuat ketiganya tidak bisa memasuki surga. Namun mereka masih diberi kesempatan kedua

Sinopsis
Dalam keadaan diborgol di ruang interogasi kepolisian, Jake Travers (Kellan Lutz) mengaku sebagai asisten guru asing yang baru saja selamat dari ledakan bom. Tapi Hashim (Ario Bayu), seorang detektif dari kesatuan Densus 88, menaruh kecurigaan terhadap Jake. Jake adalah salah satu saksi kunci dalam insiden serangan bom bunuh diri yang terjadi di sebuah pesta amal di mana Sultana (Atiqah Hasiholan), seorang putri keraton yang cantik mempesona dan sangat populer, tewas terbunuh.

Kejadian-kejadian mengejutkan selalu mengikuti ke mana Jake dan Hashim melakukan penyelidikan, dan membuat Hashim semakin menaruh kecurigaan terhadap Jake. Ketika mobil polisi yang ditumpangi Jake dan Hashim diserang komplotan teroris, Jake menyelamatkan nyawa Hashim. Saat itu Jake menunjukkan kemampuan memegang senjata yang tidak mungkin dimiliki oleh seorang yang berprofesi sebagai asisten guru. Dengan diliputi keraguan, Jake dan Hashim terpaksa bekerjasama dan perlahan misteri di hadapan mereka mulai tersibak.

Sementara itu, istri dan anak-anak Hashim diculik. Kejadian demi kejadian penuh ketegangan dan aksi memperkuat kerjasama Jake dan Hashim untuk membongkar apa yang terjadi. Pertarungan semakin memanas dan puncaknya terjadi di Perayaan Waisak di Candi Borobudur. Di tengah keramaian festival pelepasan lampion akan terjadi pertukaran perhiasan dan sandera yang menjadi klimaks film.

Ada Apa dengan Cinta? (bahasa Inggris: What's Up with Love?, bahasa Jepang: Ganbare, Ai dan Beautiful Days) adalah sebuah film Indonesia karya Rudi Soedjarwo yang diupacara peresmikan secara buka mulai pertama kali mengudara sejak pada tanggal hari Kamis, 7 Februari 2002 dan dibintangi Nicholas Saputra dan Dian Sastrowardoyo, Film ini diangkat dari film berjudul Petualangan Sherina dengan lagu tema soundtrack main theme berjudul Ada Apa dengan Cinta? yang dinyanyikan vokal oleh Melly Goeslaw Feat. Erick Benzi, akan dilakukan di beberapa lokasi di Gambir, Menteng, Jakarta Pusat dan Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat.

Film ini meraih sukses besar di Indonesia dan bersama film Petualangan Sherina (2000) menandai kebangkitan kembali dunia perfilman Indonesia. Ada Apa dengan Cinta ditayangkan di berbagai negara termasuk Malaysia, Brunei, Filipina dan Singapura.

Sinopsis
Bertemakan cinta di masa-masa SMA, Ada Apa dengan Cinta menampilkan Cinta (Dian Sastrowardoyo) sebagai seorang pelajar SMA. Ia langganan juara lomba puisi di sekolahnya yang rutin diadakan tiap tahun. Cerita berawal dari Alya (Ladya Cherill) yang tubuhnya memar karena kerap dipukuli sang ayah yang kerap cek-cok dengan ibunya. Alya adalah sahabat karib Cinta dengan teman-temannya yang lain. Seperti Carmen (Adinia Wirasti), Maura (Titi Kamal), dan Milly (Sissy Priscillia).

Di sekolah, juara lomba puisi tahun ini akan diumumkan. Seluruh siswa yakin Cinta yang akan menjadi juara. Namun justru pemenangnya tahun ini adalah Rangga (Nicholas Saputra). Karena Cinta dan teman-temannya adalah pengurus mading sekolah, ia akan mewawancarai Rangga. Namun Rangga adalah tipe laki-laki pendiam, penyendiri dan "dingin". Saat Cinta berbicara dengan Rangga, ia melihat buku yang dipegang Rangga (buku AKU karya Syumandjaya). Lalu Cinta memberinya surat dan membuat Rangga emosi. Dan tanpa disengaja bukunya terjatuh. Cinta segera memungutnya. Dan membawa pulang buku itu untuk dibaca.

Cinta mengembalikan buku tersebut saat Rangga kebingungan mencarinya. Rangga pun berterima kasih pada Cinta. Semenjak itu mereka menjadi dekat. Rangga mengajak Cinta ke Kwitang, tempat ia membeli buku lama. Saat di Kwitang, Cinta teringat akan janji menonton konser bersama teman-temannya. Ia pun meninggalkan Rangga untuk menonton konser.

Pada suatu malam Rangga dan Cinta kencan di sebuah kafe. Namun sebelum Cinta berangkat, Alya menelepon untuk memintanya ke rumah. Namun Cinta berbohong bahwa ia akan pergi ke rumah sakit. Akhirnya Cinta pergi bersama Rangga. Di sana Cinta menyanyikan lagu yang dibuat dari puisi Rangga. Saat Cinta pulang, mama Cinta akan pergi menjenguk Alya di rumah sakit karena mencoba bunuh diri. Cinta menjadi sangat menyesal.

Keesokan harinya, Rangga menyapa Cinta. Namun Cinta justru berkata ketus agar Rangga tidak mendekatinya lagi. Rangga pun sepakat bahwa ia akan menjauh dari Cinta. Saat di rumah sakit Cinta berterus-terang pada Alya bahwa ia berbohong dan Alya pun tahu bahwa Cinta kencan dengan Rangga. Cinta tidak tahu bahwa saat ia berkata jujur, teman-temannya yang lain ada dibelakangnya. Cinta juga meminta maaf kepada teman-temennya yang lain.

Rangga yang saat itu akan berencana pindah sekolah ke San Francisco dari asal negara Amerika Serikat, mencoba menelepon Cinta untuk berpamitan. Namun Cinta justru tetap menjauh dari Rangga. Carmen yang saat itu sedang latihan basket melihat Rangga berpamitan pada Pak Wardiman, sang penjaga sekolah. Ia pun segera memberitahukan teman-temannya.

Cinta yang menyadari cinta sejatinya itu, segera menyusul ke Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta. Namun mobil Milly terjepit mobil lain. Mereka meminjam mobil Mamet (Dennis Adhiswara). Di sana Cinta bertemu dengan Rangga. Ia meminta Rangga untuk membatalkan niatnya sekolah di luar negeri. Namun Rangga tetap pergi meninggalkan Cinta-nya. Ia memberi Cinta buku yang pada halaman terakhirnya terdapat puisi Rangga yang berjudul "Ada Apa dengan Cinta?". Rangga berjanji akan kembali di saat bulan purnama tiba ke Bandar Udara Internasional San Fransisco.

Merantau (Film)

Sinopsis
Di Minangkabau, Sumatera Barat, Yuda (Iko Uwais), seorang pendekar silat Minangkabau aliran Harimau dalam persiapan akhir untuk memulai perantauannya. Ia harus meninggalkan keluarganya, ibu tercinta, Wulan (Christine Hakim), dan udanya, Yayan (Donny Alamsyah), kenyamanan, keindahan kampung halamannya, dan mencari eksistensi dirinya di keserabutan kota Jakarta.

Nasib mempertemukan Yuda dengan yatim piatu Adit (Yusuf Aulia) dan kakaknya, Astri (Sisca Jessica), yang akan menjadi korban organisasi ilegal human trafficking. Organinsasi yang memperlakukan manusia seperti barang ini dipimpin seorang Eropa berhati batu, Ratger (Mads Koudal) dan tangan kanannya Luc (Laurent Buson). Ketika terluka dalam perkelahian antara Johni (Alex Abbad), para tukang pukulnya dan Yuda, Ratger bersikeras mencari Astri, atau “barangnya”, yang berhasil di selamatkan dan ingin pembalasan berdarah setimpal.

Sinopsis
Jauh di jantung daerah kumuh Jakarta berdiri sebuah gedung apartemen terlantar yang tak tertembus dan menjadi rumah aman bagi gangster, penjahat dan pembunuh yang paling berbahaya. Blok apartemen kumuh tersebut telah dianggap tak tersentuh oleh para rival gembong narkotik terkenal Tama Riyadi (Ray Sahetapy) dan bahkan perwira polisi paling berani sekalipun. Semuanya berubah ketika sebuah tim elit polisi berjumlah 20 orang ditugaskan untuk menyerbu bangunan tersebut dan mengakhiri teror Tama untuk selamanya.

Di bawah kegelapan dan keheningan fajar, Rama (Iko Uwais), seorang calon ayah dan perwira polisi elit baru, dalam tim elit polisi yang dipimpin oleh Sersan Jaka (Joe Taslim), tiba di blok apartemen Tama di bawah petunjuk Letnan Wahyu (Pierre Gruno). Setelah berpapasan dengan Gofar (Iang Darmawan) salah seorang penghuni apartemen yang membawa obat untuk istrinya yang sakit, mereka menerobos ke dalam gedung dan secara hati-hati mengamankan para penjahat penghuni gedung dengan dibungkam dan diikat. Mulai dari lantai dasar dan bergerak naik, mereka dengan terencana menyusup dalam blok apartemen sampai mereka mencapai lantai enam, tapi kemudian tim ini dilihat oleh seorang anak pengintai, yang lari untuk memberitahu temannya yang kedua sebelum dia ditembak dan terbunuh oleh peluru senapan serbu Letnan Wahyu. Peringatan tersebut mencapai Tama dan anak buahnya kepercayaannya, Mad Dog (Yayan Ruhian) lewat interkom.

Tama segera memanggil bala bantuan dan anak buahnya. Dua penembak runduk di gedung tetangga melumpuhkan anggota tim SWAT yang berada di lantai dasar. Mendengar jeritan mereka, seorang anggota tim elit lain melihat keluar dari jendela apartemen di lantai 5, dan segera tewas ditembak oleh penembak runduk. Tahanan mereka segera mengambil kesempatan dalam keributan tersebut - membunuh dua anggota polisi lain dan mendapatkan kontrol di lantai 5 kembali. Mobil pengangkut tim Polisi juga hancur dan pengemudinya tewas dalam serangan mendadak. Tama mematikan listrik di seluruh gedung dan mengumumkan bahwa terdapat "tamu tak diundang" sedang terjebak di lantai 6, dan bahwa dia akan memberikan sewa gratis kepada mereka yang membunuh penyusup-penyusup tersebut. Tim polisi Sersan Jaka melihat sebuah pintu akan terbuka, sehingga mereka mempersiapkan diri untuk menyerang siapa pun yang di belakangnya, tapi ini merupakan jebakan karena anak buah Tama di lantai atas berhasil menggunakan cahaya dari tembakan untuk menyerbu tim Polisi, menembak mati banyak anggota tim elit. Sersan Jaka segera mengetahui bahwa misi tersebut ternyata tidak ditugaskan oleh Kepolisian, tetapi hanya oleh Letnan Wahyu, sehingga tidak akan ada bala bantuan yang akan tiba menyelamatkan mereka. Setelah baku tembak panjang, tim Polisi Jaka terdampar di lantai 6, kalah secara jumlah maupun amunisi dan sedang diburu oleh anak buah Tama yang beringas. Para anggota yang selamat dari serangan ini adalah: Sersan Jaka, Letnan Wahyu, Bowo (Tegar Satrya), Dagu (Eka Rahmadia) dan Rama. Setelah nyaris lolos dari ledakan bom improvisasi Rama yang membunuh sejumlah besar penjahat, mereka terbagi menjadi dua kelompok: Jaka, Wahyu dan Dagu di lantai 5 dan Rama dengan Bowo yang terluka mencari keselamatan di lantai 7.

Membopong Bowo yang terluka, Rama harus bertarung menerobos koridor lantai 7 dan tiba di apartemen 726 yang dihuni Gofar bersama istrinya, memohon tempat persembunyian dari kejaran anak buah Tama. Mereka bersembunyi di dalam sebuah lorong rahasia di balik dinding. Geng parang anak buah Tama dan pimpinan mereka (Alfridus Godfred) tiba dan memeriksa apartemen Gofar, bahkan menusuk dinding dan melukai pipi Rama, dan hampir menewaskan Bowo, tetapi mereka tidak menemukan mereka, dan akhirnya pergi. Setelah memberikan pertolongan pertama pada Bowo, Rama meninggalkan Bowo dalam perawatan Gofar untuk mencari jalan keluar. Dia harus kembali bertempur sengit dengan geng parang yang segera menemukannya setelah dia keluar dari persembunyiannya. Rama mengalahkan geng tersebut, namun kembali dikejar oleh anak buah Tama yang lain. Setelah menjatuhkan diri ke lantai 6 untuk meloloskan diri, Rama akhirnya ditangkap oleh Andi (Donny Alamsyah), tangan kanan dan otak bisnis narkoba Tama. Pada saat yang sama, Jaka berseteru dengan Wahyu setelah Wahyu menolak untuk mempertaruhkan nyawanya untuk mencari Rama dan Bowo, membuat Jaka marah dan mempertanyakan integritas kepolisian Wahyu di balik misi yang berakhir fatal tersebut. Beranjak dari persembunyian mereka, kelompoknya ditemukan oleh Mad Dog, tangan kanan Tama yang paling kejam dan brutal. Letnan Wahyu melarikan diri, dan Dagu diperintahkan Jaka untuk mengikutinya, tetapi Jaka, yang hanya memiliki pisau, harus beradu nyali dengan Mad Dog yang menodongkan pistol padanya. Mad Dog menyuruh Jaka masuk ke kamar di mana ia memutuskan untuk tidak membunuhnya dengan pistol namun menantang dia untuk berkelahi tangan kosong sebagai gantinya. Mad Dog akhirnya mengalahkan Jaka dan mengakhiri hidup Jaka dengan mematahkan lehernya. Sementara itu di apartemen Andi, Andi terungkap sebagai kakak Rama yang telah terasing yang memilih untuk meninggalkan keluarganya dan tidak meninggalkan jejak keberadaannya. Andi menolak untuk pulang ke keluarganya, namun berjanji untuk mengeluarkan Rama dari gedung maut tersebut setelah memastikan situasi aman. Tak dinyana, saat kembali untuk melapor pada Tama, Tama ternyata telah mengetahui pengkhianatan Andi karena kamera tersembunyi yang merekam Andi saat menyembunyikan Rama. Tama dengan marah menyerahkannya ke Mad Dog (yang sudah membenci Andi) untuk disingkirkan.

Rama bergabung kembali dengan Letnan Wahyu dan Dagu. Mereka memutuskan bahwa satu-satunya jalan keluar dari gedung maut tersebut adalah dengan membekuk Tama dan menggunakannya sebagai tiket keluar mereka. Mereka bertiga kemudian bertempur dengan tangan kosong melalui laboratorium narkotika menuju ke markas besar Tama di lantai 15. Dalam perjalanan ke atas, Rama menemukan sebuah ruangan di mana Andi, tergantung pada rantai, sedang dipukuli oleh Mad Dog. Saat ia masuk, Mad Dog menurunkan rantai membiarkan Rama membebaskan Andi. Mereka berdua kemudian bertarung sengit bekerja sama melawan Mad Dog, tetapi kekuatan Mad Dog terlalu besar. Rama hampir dijemput ajal saat Mad Dog hendak mematahkan lehernya, namun digagalkan oleh Andi. Rama dan Andi akhirnya berhasil mengalahkan Mad Dog menggunakan sepotong pecahan dari tabung lampu neon. Sementara itu, Wahyu dan Dagu berhadapan dengan Tama, tetapi Wahyu malah tiba-tiba menembak dan membunuh Dagu, menyandera Tama sebagai tiket keluarnya dari gedung maut tersebut. Kemudian, Rama dan Andi berpapasan dengan mereka berdua di tangga, tapi Wahyu menembakkan peluru pada mereka, menyuruh mereka untuk tidak ikut campur. Tama menggertak Wahyu bahwa ia hanyalah seorang polisi kotor dalam sebuah satuan kepolisian yang secara keseluruhan telah sangat korup, di mana banyak perwira atas sudah dibayar oleh Tama. Tama juga mengungkapkan bahwa dia telah mengetahui misi maut tersebut dari atasan Wahyu, dan walaupun Wahyu berhasil lolos dari gedung tersebut, atasannya akan mengatur supaya Wahyu akan dibunuh atau ditangkap. Wahyu marah dan dengan kalap mengakhiri omongan Tama dengan menembak gembong penjahat tersebut di kepala. Wahyu yang putus asa berupaya bunuh diri dengan pistolnya, namun gagal karena ia kehabisan peluru dan ditangkap tanpa perlawanan oleh Rama. Andi yang sekarang berada di posisi menggantikan Tama, memberitakan bahwa situasi telah aman dan menyuruh penghuni apartemen untuk kembali ke kamar mereka masing- masing. Ia memberikan Rama sebuah kotak berisi informasi tentang daftar hitam polisi korup, memberitahu saudaranya bahwa tidak setiap polisi itu busuk, dan memberikan nama salah satu perwira kepolisian yang adalah orang yang baik untuk diberikan daftar hitam tersebut. Andi kemudian berjalan dengan Rama, Bowo dan Wahyu yang diikat keluar dari gedung, tapi menolak tawaran Rama bergabung dengan mereka. Andi kembali ke gedung sementara Rama berjalan ke luar gerbang, menuju masa depan yang tak pasti.

Sinopsis

Sebelum dia itu menyadari apa yang terjadi, laki-laki itu mendapati dirinya terpisah dari keluarganya. Ketika dia mulai menemukan beberapa jam alarm yang tersebar di hutan itu, dia tiba-tiba harus berpacu dengan waktu jika ingin bertemu dengan keluarganya kembali. Sementara itu, di hutan juga sedang berlibur satu keluarga lain, yang mungkin berkaitan dengan keanehan yang sedang ia alami.

Acara itu ternyata berbuah sukses, sampai-sampai penggemar mengundang mereka ke suatu kampung dimana mereka justru diminta mengusir hantu yang sesungguhnya.

Temat. Tema dari film ini adalah pluralisme agama di Indonesia yang sering terjadi konflik antar keyakinan beragama, yang dituangkan ke dalam sebuah alur cerita yang berkisar pada interaksi dari tiga keluarga, satu Buddha, satu Muslim, dan satu Katolik, setelah menjalani banyak kesulitan dan kematian beberapa anggota keluarga dalam kekerasan agama, mereka mampu untuk hidup berdamai.

Berdasarkan pengalaman Bramantyo sebagai seorang anak ras campuran, film ? besutannya ini dimaksudkan untuk melawan penggambaran Islam sebagai "agama radikal".[2] Namun, karena tema film ini diangkat dari masalah pluralisme agama dan inti cerita yang kontroversial, Bramantyo mengalami kesulitan dalam menemukan dukungan pendanaannya. Akhirnya Bramantyo berhasil menemukan perusahaan Mahaka Pictures yang bersedia memberikan dana sebesar Rp. 5 miliar guna membiayai proses produksi film ini, dan syuting perdana pun dimulai pada tanggal 5 Januari 2011 di Semarang.

Ketika dirilis pada tanggal 7 April 2011, film ? selain sukses secara komersial, karena film ini menerima ulasan yang menguntungkan dan telah dilihat oleh lebih dari 550.000 orang, film ini juga tak luput menuai banyak kritik tajam. Film ? yang diputar secara internasional ini mendapatkan nominasi pada sembilan kategori Piala Citra di Festival Film Indonesia 2011 dan telah berhasil memenangkan satu di antaranya. Namun, beberapa kelompok Muslim Indonesia, termasuk Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI), Front Pembela Islam (FPI), dan Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), memprotes keras film ini karena isi pesan pluralisnya.

Alur cerita
Film ? memiliki fokus pada hubungan antar agama di Indonesia, sebuah negara di mana konflik agama menjadi hal yang umum, dan ada sejarah panjang kekerasan dan diskriminasi terhadap Tionghoa Indonesia. Alur cerita film menceritakan tentang tiga keluarga yang tinggal di sebuah desa di Semarang, Jawa Tengah: keluarga Tionghoa-Indonesia dan beragama Buddha, Tan Kat Sun (Hengky Solaiman) dan anaknya Hendra (Rio Dewanto), pasangan muslim, Soleh (Reza Rahadian) dan Menuk (Revalina S. Temat), dan seorang mualaf Katolik Rika (Endhita) dan Abi anaknya yang seorang Muslim.

Sun dan Hendra menjalankan sebuah restoran masakan Cina yang menyajikan daging babi, yang dilarang bagi umat Islam, meskipun restoran memiliki klien dan staf Muslim. Untuk memastikan hubungan baik dengan karyawan muslim dan pelanggannya, Sun menggunakan peralatan khusus untuk mempersiapkan daging babi dimana ia tidak mengizinkannya untuk digunakan untuk hidangan lainnya, dan memungkinkan stafnya memiliki waktu untuk shalat, ia juga memberi mereka liburan selama Idul Fitri, hari libur Muslim yang terbesar. Soleh bergabung dengan kelompok amal Islam, Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), berharap untuk mendapatkan kepercayaan. Meskipun ia awalnya enggan untuk melindungi keamanan gereja, ia akhirnya mengorbankan hidupnya ketika ia menemukan bom telah ditanam di sebuah gereja Katolik. Dia bergegas keluar dengan bom, yang meledak di luar gereja, membunuh Soleh tapi jauh dari jamaah. Sun meninggal ketika restoran, yang tidak tutup untuk menghormati Idul Fitri, diserang oleh sekelompok umat Islam. Setelah serangan itu, Hendra membaca 99 Nama Allah dan masuk Islam, ia mencoba untuk mendekati Menuk, meskipun tidak jelas apakah ia akan menerima dia. Surya menerima tawaran dari Rika untuk memainkan peran Yesus di gereja-nya pada saat perayaan Natal dan Paskah, dimana ia menerima bayaran yang tinggi setelah ragu-ragu karena takut bahwa hal itu akan bertentangan dengan agamanya, setelah perayaan tersebut dia membaca Al-Ikhlas di dalam masjid. Sinopsis
Keenan sudah memutuskan kembali tinggal di Jakarta dan melanjutkan bisnis keluarga akibat serangan stroke yang diderita ayahnya, Adri (August Melasz), menjalani hubungan kasih jarak jauh dengan Luhde (Elyzia Mulachela) yang tinggal di Bali. Sedangkan Kugy telah menjadi semakin dekat dengan Remi (Reza Rahadian), yang juga menjadi atasannya di biro iklan AdVocaDo. Keenan mengembalikan buku Jenderal Pilik kepada Kugy.

Buku tulisan tangan Kugy inilah yang telah menjadi sumber ilham lukisan-lukisannya. Tak hanya itu, pertemuan kembali Keenan dan Kugy memunculkan kembali ide mereka berdua: Kugy menulis cerita anak, dan Keenan membuatkan ilustrasinya. Akibatnya, prestasi kerja Kugy merosot drastis, sehingga menjadi alasan bagi Siska (Sharena) untuk mengkritik kedekatan Kugy dan Remi. Remi memberinya cincin untuk membuktikan keseriusannya.

Sepulang dari Bali, Kugy mencoba untuk menghindar dari Keenan dan Remi, menenangkan diri ke rumah Karel (Ben Kasyafani), kakaknya. Keenan yang merasa kehilangan pun mencari Kugy. Lewat Noni, Keenan mengetahui bahwa dulu Kugy menjauhkan diri dari Keenan, dan juga Noni serta EKo, adalah karena sebenarnya Kugy mencintai Keenan, tetapi terhalang oleh kedekatan Keenan dan Wanda (Kimberly Ryder). Keenan memutuskan untuk menemui Kugy untuk menuntaskan perasaan-perasaan terpendam mereka. Tetapi, peristiwa demi peristiwa kemudian menjalin, mempertemukan dan memisahkan hati, silih berganti antara Kugy, Keenan, Remi, Luhde, dan juga Siska beserta orang- orang lain di sekeliling mereka. Bahkan juga membuka bagaimana hubungan Pak Wayan dan kedua orang tua Keenan, Lena (Ira Wibowo) dan Adri. Perahu kertas yang mengalir di sungai, berayun-ayun mencari tambatan hati.

Hellboy 2 - The Golden Army (Movie)

Hellboy II: The Golden Army is a 2008 supernatural superhero film based on the fictional Dark Horse Comics character Hellboy, starring Ron Perlman. The movie was written and directed by Guillermo del Toro and is a sequel to the 2004 film Hellboy, which del Toro also directed. Perlman reprises his role as the eponymous character. The film was commercially released on July 11, 2008 in the United States and Canada by Universal Pictures.

Plot
In Christmas of 1955, a young Hellboy is told a bedtime story by his adoptive father, Trevor Broom, involving an ancient war between man and magical creatures, started by man's greed. After years of battle and defeat of the magical creatures' forces, the master of the goblin blacksmiths offers to build an indestructible mechanical army for the elven King Balor. Influenced by his son Prince Nuada, Balor orders the building of this Golden Army. The humans are devastated by the Golden Army, which mercilessly destroys them. Balor is ridden with guilt, and forms a truce with the humans: Man will keep his cities and the magical creatures will keep their forests. Nuada does not agree with the truce, and leaves in exile. The magical crown controlling the army is broken into three pieces, one piece going to the humans and the other two kept by the elves.
In the present, Nuada declares war on the humans. He collects the first piece of the crown from an auction, killing everyone at the site by unleashing tooth fairies, and kills his father for the second piece of the crown. His twin sister, Princess Nuala, escapes with the final piece. Meanwhile, Hellboy is having issues with his girlfriend Liz, and trouble accepting that their organization, the B.P.R.D., must remain undercover. While investigating the auction massacre, Hellboy allows himself to be revealed to the world. In the commotion, Abe Sapien discovers that Liz is pregnant. Furious about the public unveiling, the Bureau's superiors send a new B.P.R.D. agent, the ectoplasmic medium Johann Krauss, to take command. With Krauss in charge, the team tracks the tooth fairies to the troll market, an enormous merchant city hidden under the Brooklyn Bridge, to search for clues. Abe stumbles onto Nuala, who has obtained a map leading to the Golden Army, and quickly falls in love with her. She is brought under B.P.R.D. protection following an attack by Nuada's sidekick, the troll Wink, and an elemental forest god, both of which Hellboy kills. During the elemental fight, Hellboy is questioned by Nuada whether it is right to fight for the humans when he too is considered a monster.
Nuada tracks his sister to B.P.R.D. headquarters using their magical bond, which causes them to share wounds and read each other's thoughts. Sensing her brother's arrival, Nuala unsuccessfully tries to destroy the map and hides the final piece of the crown within one of Abe's books. Nuada kidnaps his sister and critically wounds Hellboy with his spear. Unable to remove the spear shard, Liz, Abe and Krauss take Hellboy to the location of the Golden Army in The Giants Causeway, County Antrim, Northern Ireland. They encounter a Bethmoora goblin who brings them before the Angel of Death, who has been awaiting their arrival. Though warned that Hellboy will doom humanity if he lives, and that she will suffer the most from it, Liz pleads for Hellboy's life. The Angel removes the shard from Hellboy's chest and tells Liz to give him a reason to live. She reveals to Hellboy that he is going to be a father, and he recovers.
The goblin leads the team to the resting place of the Golden Army, where Nuada awaits them. In exchange for Nuala, Abe gives him the last piece of the crown. With the crown reformed, Nuada awakens the Golden Army, ordering them to kill the team. The group is unable to defeat the soldiers as they magically repair themselves. Hellboy challenges Nuada for the right to the crown, and Nuada is forced to accept, since Hellboy's father was a Prince of Sheol. Hellboy defeats Nuada and spares his life, but Nuada tries stabbing him. Nuala commits suicide to stop her brother: the dying Nuada tells Hellboy he will have to choose whether humanity or the magical beings must die. Abe psychically tells Nuala his feelings for her before she and her brother die. Liz melts the crown, deactivating the Golden Army. As the team leaves the underground compound, Tom Manning reprimands them. Hellboy, Liz and Abe resign from the B.P.R.D. Hellboy contemplates his future life with Liz and their baby. Liz corrects him, saying "babies", surprising him with the fact that she is pregnant with twins.

Species (Movie)

Species is a 1995 science fiction horror film directed by Roger Donaldson, and starring Natasha Henstridge, Ben Kingsley, Michael Madsen, Alfred Molina, Forest Whitaker and Marg Helgenberger. The film is about a group of scientists who try to track down and trap a killer alien seductress before she successfully mates with a human male.
The film produced one theatrical sequel in 1998, Species II, which had Henstridge, Madsen, and Helgenberger reprise their roles. It was followed by the direct-to-video Species III in 2004 and Species: The Awakening in 2007, which stands as a separate film, not as an official follow-up to the previous three.

Plot
During the SETI program, Earth's scientists send out transmissions (shown to be the Arecibo message) with information about Earth and its inhabitants, DNA structure, etc., in hopes of finding life beyond Earth. They then receive transmissions from an alien source on how to create endless fuel effortlessly. Therefore, the scientists assume that this is a friendly alien species. But from a second alien transmission, the scientists receive information about an alien DNA along with instructions on how to splice it with human DNA. A government team led by Xavier Fitch (Ben Kingsley) goes forward with the genetic experiment hoping to induce a female with "more docile and controllable" traits. One of the hundred experimental ova produces a girl named Sil, who looks like a normal human but develops into a 12-year old in 3 months.
Sil's violent outbursts during sleep make the scientists consider her a threat. They try to kill her using cyanide gas but instead she breaks out of her containment cell and escapes. The government assembles a team composed of anthropologist Dr. Stephen Arden (Alfred Molina), molecular biologist Dr. Laura Baker (Marg Helgenberger), empath Dan Smithson (Forest Whitaker) and mercenary Preston "Press" Lennox (Michael Madsen) to track and destroy Sil. Sil matures rapidly into an adult (Natasha Henstridge) in her early twenties and makes her way to Los Angeles. This makes tracking her extremely difficult. She is incredibly strong and intelligent with amazing regenerative powers. The scientists fear she may mate with human males and produce offspring that could eliminate the human race. Sil lacks inhibitions when it comes to killing people who get in her way and wants to produce offspring as soon as possible. She frequently morphs into her alien form, a bipedal creature with tentacles on her shoulders and back.
Sil tries first to mate with a man she meets at a night club, but after sensing that he is diabetic, rejects him. Unsatisfied, he then tries to forcibly initiate sex, prompting her to kill him by puncturing his skull with her tongue. She then tries to mate with a man she meets after a car accident. They swim in the man's pool where Sil forces the man to open his swimming trunks in order to mate, but the man refuses. This is interrupted by Press and Laura. She kills the man and flees naked into a forest without being seen by the team. She pretends to be a rape victim, and then proceeds to kidnap a woman. She fakes her death by crashing the woman's car into a high voltage transformer during a high-speed chase.
After cutting and dyeing her hair, she takes an attraction to Press and attempts to seduce him. She eventually copulates with Arden; then kills him when he realizes who she is and what he has done. The rest of the team then follow her into the sewers where Fitch is subsequently killed and the area where Sil and her offspring are, is destroyed. Press uses a grenade launcher on Sil, blowing her head off. The trio leaves the area. The last scene shows a rat chewing on one of Sil's severed tentacles; it starts to mutate into a vicious beast and attacks another rat.

Species II (a.k.a. Species 2: Offspring and Species 2: Origins) is a 1998 sequel to the 1995 film Species. It stars Natasha Henstridge, Michael Madsen and Marg Helgenberger, all of whom reprise their roles from the first film. It also features actor James Cromwell as "Senator Judson Ross". The next film of the Species series was the direct-to-video Species III.

Plot
Roughly two years after the events of Species, an American space mission lands on Mars, and collects soil samples. Back on board, the temperature on the ship thaws frozen DNA in the soil samples, which then attempts to infect the astronauts. The mission safely returns to earth, greeted by cheers. Only Dr. Cromwell, a scientist and now an inmate in an asylum, reacts to their return with violent fits.
After their return, the three astronauts are examined and quarantined to prevent them from engaging in sexual intercourse for ten days. However, one of the astronauts, Patrick Ross, immediately disregards the advice and sleeps with two women that night. Both women undergo an accelerated pregnancy in which their stomachs split open and half-alien children emerge, killing them in the process. Patrick hides the rapidly growing alien children in a remote shed.
Under military supervision, scientists led by Dr. Laura Baker have created a more docile clone of Sil, named Eve, in an effort to understand the alien life form and prepare for defense should it ever arrive on earth. An isolated Eve, undergoing tests in the lab, shows signs of great physiological excitement every time Patrick has sex with women.
At the space center, Patrick sneaks into the lab and brutally kills Dr. Orinsky, who had been trying to contact Dr. Cromwell about the astronauts' blood samples. Analysis of the corpse reveals the presence of alien DNA, similar to, yet distinct from, Eve's. Baker is reunited with Press Lennox to contain the threat. The two contact Cromwell, who explains that Mars was rendered uninhabitable by an alien species, and that he was institutionalized to silence his opposition to the Mars mission.
Press and Laura find astronaut Anne Sampas, who is also infected with alien DNA. Unfortunately, by the time they locate her, she has just had unprotected intercourse with her human husband and has become impregnated with alien offspring. Press and Laura manage to kill the creature, but not before it emerges and kills both Anne and her husband. Government agents analyze Dennis Gamble's blood, revealing that he was not infected; he joins Press and Laura in their mission.
After spending the night with his fiancée, Patrick wakes to find her mutilated body and another alien child. Horrified at what he has done, he shoots himself killing the last trace of the human psyche within him. His head immediately regenerates and he is reborn as a whole alien. Patrick impregnates as many women as he can (mostly prostitutes and strippers), killing them in the process, and burying them next to his shed where he accumulates a large, virulent brood of alien children.
At the lab, the scientists activate Eve's alien DNA to telepathically track Patrick. Patrick also locates Eve and, in order to get closer to her, gives himself up to Press and Dennis. As he enters the lab, Eve shows signs of being in heat. Patrick tries to enter her isolation cell but is chased off by Laura, Dennis, and Press.
Patrick then helps his alien children to cocoon, awaiting their rebirth as adults so they can mate with humans, hoping to eventually destroy the entire human population. Meanwhile, Laura finds out that Dennis has resisted infection due to his carrying genetic flaw, and plans to infect the alien species with Dennis' DNA, as the species lacks immunity to human genetic diseases.
As the team prepares, Eve breaks free from the lab to find Patrick. The team tails her, finds the shed and kills Patrick's brood. Eve and Patrick start to mate and transform into their alien forms, but are interrupted by Press. Patrick fights off Press and Dennis and also overpowers Eve (who attacked him at Laura's request). He then seemingly kills her by forcing his penis down her throat, choking her to death. Press stabs Patrick in the back with a pitchfork coated with Dennis' blood, causing Patrick to disintegrate.
The military finally arrives and escorts Press, Laura and the injured Dennis away. Eve's lifeless human body is loaded into the back of an ambulance. As the vehicle departs, Eve's womb begins to swell, indicating an imminent birth, as one of Patrick's children, who had not yet cocooned, looks on.

The Deer Hunter (Movie)

The Deer Hunter is a 1978 American war drama film co-written and directed by Michael Cimino about a trio of Russian American steelworkers and their service in the Vietnam War. The film stars Robert De Niro, Christopher Walken, John Savage, John Cazale, Meryl Streep, and George Dzundza. The story takes place in Clairton, a small working class town on the Monongahela River south of Pittsburgh and then in Vietnam, somewhere in the woodland and in Saigon, during the Vietnam War.

The film was based in part on an unproduced screenplay called The Man Who Came to Play by Louis Garfinkle and Quinn K. Redeker about Las Vegas and Russian Roulette. Producer Michael Deeley, who bought the script, hired writer/director Michael Cimino who, with Deric Washburn, rewrote the script, taking the Russian Roulette element and placing it in the Vietnam War. The film went over-budget and over-schedule and ended up costing $15 million. The scenes of Russian roulette were highly controversial on release.

The film won five Academy Awards, including Best Picture, Best Director, and Best Supporting Actor for Christopher Walken, and was named by the American Film Institute as the 53rd Greatest Movie of All Time on the 10th Anniversary Edition of the AFI's 100 Years...100 Movies list.

The Silence of the Lambs (Movie)

The Silence of the Lambs is a 1991 American thriller film that blends elements of the crime and horror genres. It was directed by Jonathan Demme and stars Jodie Foster, Anthony Hopkins, Ted Levine, and Scott Glenn. It is based on Thomas Harris' 1988 novel of the same name, his second to feature Hannibal Lecter, a brilliant psychiatrist and cannibalistic serial killer.

In the film, Clarice Starling, a young U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation trainee, seeks the advice of the imprisoned Dr. Lecter to apprehend another serial killer, known only as "Buffalo Bill".

The Silence of the Lambs was released on February 14, 1991, and grossed over $272 million. It was the third film to win Academy Awards in all the top five categories: Best Picture, Best Actress, Best Actor, Best Director and Best Writing (Adapted Screenplay). It is also the first Best Picture winner widely considered to be a horror film, and only the second such film to be nominated in the category, after The Exorcist in 1973. The film is considered "culturally, historically or aesthetically" significant by the U.S. Library of Congress and was selected to be preserved in the National Film Registry in 2011.

Snatch (Movie)

Snatch is a 2000 comedy-crime film written and directed by British filmmaker Guy Ritchie, featuring an ensemble cast. Set in the London criminal underworld, the film contains two intertwined plots: one dealing with the search for a stolen diamond, the other with a small-time boxing promoter named Turkish (Jason Statham) who finds himself under the thumb of a ruthless gangster known as Brick Top (Alan Ford).

The film features an assortment of colourful characters, including gypsy Mickey O'Neil (Brad Pitt), arms-dealer Boris "the Blade" Yurinov (Rade Šerbedžija), professional thief and gambling addict Franky "Four-Fingers" (Benicio del Toro), American gangster-jeweller "Cousin Avi" (Dennis Farina), and bounty hunter Bullet-Tooth Tony (Vinnie Jones). It is also distinguished by a kinetic direction and editing style, a circular plot featuring numerous ironic twists of chance and causality, and a fast pace.

The film shares themes, ideas and motifs with Ritchie's first film, Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels. It is also filmed in the same visual style and features many of the same actors, including Jones, Statham, and Ford.

Plot
After stealing an 84-carat (17 g) diamond in a heist in Antwerp, Franky "Four-Fingers" (del Toro) goes to London to deliver it to diamond dealer Doug "The Head" (Reid) on behalf of New York jeweller "Cousin Avi" (Farina). One of the other robbers advises Franky to obtain a gun from ex-KGB agent Boris "The Blade" (Šerbedžija). Unbeknownst to Franky, Boris and the robber are brothers and plan to steal the diamond.

Meanwhile, boxing promoter and casino owner Turkish (Statham) convinces gangster "Brick Top" (Alan Ford) to add the boxer "Gorgeous George" (Fogerty) to the bets at Brick Top's bookies. However, when Turkish sends his partner Tommy (Graham) and Gorgeous George to purchase a caravan from a group of pikeys, George gets into a fight with Mickey O'Neil (Pitt), a bare-knuckle boxing champ who badly injures George. Turkish convinces Mickey to replace George in his upcoming match by agreeing to purchase a new caravan for Mickey's mother (Cusack). Brick Top agrees to the change on the condition that Mickey throws the fight in the fourth round.

Boris gives Franky a gun in exchange for a favour: Franky is to place a bet on Boris' behalf at Brick Top's bookies. Avi, knowing Franky has a gambling problem, flies to London with his bodyguard "Rosebud" (Douglas) to claim the diamond. Boris hires Vinny (Gee) and Sol (James), two small-time crooks, to rob Frankie while he is at the bookies. The robbery goes awry and Sol, Vinny, and their driver Tyrone (Ade) are caught on-camera, but manage to kidnap Franky.

Instead of throwing the fight, Mickey knocks his opponent out with a single punch. Infuriated, Brick Top robs Turkish of his savings and demands that Mickey fight again, and lose this time. Meanwhile, Boris retrieves the diamond and executes Franky. As Sol, Vinny, Tyrone, and "Bad Boy" Lincoln (Goldie) are trying to decide how to dispose of Franky's body, Brick Top arrives to execute them for robbing his bookies. Sol bargains for their lives by promising Brick Top the stolen diamond, and is given 48 hours to retrieve it.

Avi and Doug hire "Bullet-Tooth" Tony (Jones) to help them find Franky. When the trail leads to Boris, they kidnap him and retrieve the diamond, closely pursued by Sol, Vinnie, and Tyrone. As they are driving, Tommy throws Turkish's carton of milk out their car window; it splashes over Tony's windscreen, causing him to crash. Boris escapes from the wreck only to be hit by Tyrone's car. Tony and Avi are confronted by Sol, Vinny, and Tyrone at a pub where Tony realizes that their pistols are replicas, and intimidates them into leaving. The wounded Boris arrives with an assault rifle and is killed by Tony, but Sol and Vinny escape with the diamond, which Vinnie hides in his pants. When Tony catches up to them, they tell him that the diamond is back at their pawn shop. Once there, they produce the diamond, but it is promptly swallowed by a dog that Vinnie got from the pikeys. Avi fires at the fleeing dog and accidentally kills Tony. He gives up and returns to New York.

Mickey refuses to fight again unless Turkish buys a better caravan for his mother, but Turkish has no money left. Furious, Brick Top has his men vandalize Turkish's gambling arcade and burn down Mickey's mother's caravan while she is asleep inside. Mickey agrees to fight in order to avoid more carnage, but gets so drunk after his mother's wake that Turkish fears he will not make it to the fourth round. If he fails to go down as agreed, Brick Top's men will execute Turkish, Tommy, Mickey, and the entire campsite of pikeys. Mickey makes it to the fourth round, when he suddenly knocks out his opponent. Outside the arena, Brick Top is killed by the pikeys. Mickey has bet on himself to win, and waited until the fourth round to allow the pikeys time to ambush and kill Brick Top's men at the campsite.

The next morning, Turkish and Tommy find the pikey campsite deserted. When confronted by the police, they cannot explain why they are there, until Vinny's dog suddenly arrives and they claim to be walking it. Sol and Vinnie are arrested when the police find Franky and Tony's bodies in their car. Turkish and Tommy take the dog to a veterinarian to extract a squeaky toy that it had swallowed, and discover the diamond in its stomach as well. They consult Doug about selling the diamond, and he calls Avi, who returns to London.

Schindler's List (Movie)

Schindler's List is a 1993 American epic drama film directed and co-produced by Steven Spielberg and scripted by Steven Zaillian. It is based on the novel Schindler's Ark by Thomas Keneally, an Australian novelist. The film tells the story of Oskar Schindler, a German businessman who saved the lives of more than a thousand mostly Polish-Jewish refugees during the Holocaust by employing them in his factories. It stars Liam Neeson as Schindler, Ralph Fiennes as Schutzstaffel (SS)-officer Amon Göth, and Ben Kingsley as Schindler's Jewish accountant Itzhak Stern. John Williams composed the score.

Ideas for a film about the Schindlerjuden were proposed as early as 1963. Poldek Pfefferberg, one of the Schindlerjuden, made it his life's mission to tell the story of Schindler. When executive Sid Sheinberg sent a review of Schindler's Ark to Spielberg, the director was fascinated by the book. He eventually expressed enough interest for Universal Pictures to buy the rights to the novel. However, he was unsure about his own maturity about making a film about the Holocaust. Spielberg tried to pass on the projects to several other directors before finally deciding to direct the film himself after hearing of the various Holocaust denials.

Filming took place in Poland over the course of 72 days, in Kraków. Spielberg shot the film like a documentary, and decided not to use storyboards while shooting Schindler's List. Cinematographer Janusz Kamiński wanted to give a timeless sense to the film. Production designer Allan Starski made the sets darker or lighter than the people in the scenes, so they would not blend. The costumes had to be distinguished from skin tones or colors being used for the sets. In composing the score to Schindler's List, Williams hired violinist Itzhak Perlman to perform the film's main theme.

Schindler's List premiered on 30 November 1993 in Washington, D.C. and it was released on 15 December 1993 in the United States. Regarded as one of the greatest films ever made, it was a box office success and recipient of seven Academy Awards, including Best Picture, Best Director, and Best Original Score, as well as numerous other awards (seven BAFTAs, three Golden Globes). In 2007, the American Film Institute ranked the film 8th on its list of the 100 best American films of all time (up one position from its 9th place listing on the 1998 list).

Plot
In 1939, the Germans move Polish Jews to the Kraków Ghetto as World War II begins. Oskar Schindler (Liam Neeson), an ethnic German businessman from Moravia, arrives in the city hoping to make a fortune as a war profiteer. Schindler, a member of the Nazi Party, lavishes bribes upon Wehrmacht and SS officials. Sponsored by the military, Schindler acquires a factory for the production of army mess kits. Not knowing much about how to run such an enterprise, he gains a collaborator, Itzhak Stern (Ben Kingsley), an official of Krakow's Judenrat (Jewish Council) who has contacts with the Jewish business community and the black marketers inside the ghetto. The Jewish businessmen lend Schindler money in return for a share of products produced. Opening the factory, Schindler pleases the Nazis and enjoys newfound wealth and status as "Herr Direktor", while Stern handles administration. Schindler hires Jewish Poles instead of Catholic Poles because they cost less. Workers in Schindler's factory are allowed outside the ghetto, and Stern ensures that as many people as possible are deemed "essential" to the German war effort, saving them from being transported to concentration camps or killed.

SS-Lieutenant (Untersturmführer) Amon Goeth (Ralph Fiennes) arrives in Kraków to oversee construction of the Płaszów concentration camp. Once the camp is completed, he orders the liquidation of the ghetto and Operation Reinhard in Kraków begins, with hundreds of troops emptying the cramped rooms and arbitrarily murdering anyone who is uncooperative, elderly or infirm. Schindler watches the massacre and is profoundly affected. He nevertheless is careful to befriend Goeth and, through Stern's attention to bribery, Schindler continues enjoying SS support. Schindler bribes Goeth into allowing him to build a sub-camp for his workers, so that he can keep his factory running smoothly and protect them. As time passes, Schindler tries to save as many lives as he can. As the war shifts, Goeth is ordered to ship the remaining Jews to the Auschwitz concentration camp.

Schindler prepares to leave Kraków with his fortune. He finds himself unable to do so, however, and prevails upon Goeth to allow him to keep his workers so he can move them to a factory in his old home of Zwittau-Brinnlitz, away from the Final Solution. Goeth charges a massive bribe for each worker. Schindler and Stern assemble a list of workers to be kept off the trains to Auschwitz.

"Schindler's List" comprises these "skilled" inmates, and for many of those in Płaszów, being included means the difference between life and death. Almost all of the people on Schindler's list arrive safely at the new site. The train carrying the women is accidentally redirected to Auschwitz. Schindler bribes the camp commander, Rudolf Höß, with a cache of diamonds in exchange for releasing the women to Brinnlitz. Once the women arrive, Schindler institutes firm controls on the SS guards assigned to the factory, forbidding them to enter the production areas. He encourages the Jews to observe the Sabbath. To keep his workers alive, he spends much of his fortune bribing Nazi officials and buying shells from other companies; he never produces working shells during the seven months his factory operates. He runs out of money just as the Wehrmacht surrenders, ending the war in Europe.

8 May 1945, the workers and Germans listen to British Prime Minister Winston Churchill's speech of the Unconditional Surrender of Germany to the Allies. As a Nazi Party member and a self-described "profiteer of slave labour", in 1945, Schindler must flee the advancing Red Army. Although the SS guards have been ordered to kill the Jews, Schindler persuades them to return to their families as men, not murderers. In the aftermath, he packs a car in the night and bids farewell to his workers. They give him a letter explaining he is not a criminal to them, together with a ring secretly made from a worker's gold dental bridge and engraved with a Talmudic quotation, "Whoever saves one life saves the world entire". Schindler is touched but deeply ashamed as he leaves, feeling he could have done more to save lives, such as selling his car and Golden Party Badge.

The Schindler Jews are awakened by sunlight the next morning. A Soviet dragoon announces that they have been liberated by the Red Army. The Jews walk to a nearby town in search of food.

After a few scenes depicting post-war events such as the execution of Amon Goeth and a summary of what happened to Schindler in his later years, the Jews are shown walking to the nearby town. The black-and-white frame changes to one in colour of present-day Schindler Jews at Schindler's grave site in Jerusalem, where he wanted to be interred. A procession of now-elderly Jews who worked in Schindler's factory set stones on his grave—a traditional Jewish custom denoting gratitude to the deceased. The actors portraying the major characters walk with them. Ben Kingsley is accompanied by the widow of Itzhak Stern, who died in 1969. A title card reveals that at the time of the film's release, there were fewer than 4,000 Jews left alive in Poland, but more than 6,000 descendants of the Schindler Jews throughout the world. In the final scene, Liam Neeson places a pair of roses on the grave and stands over it.

Green Street Hooligans (Movie)

Green Street is a 2005 independent drama film about football hooliganism in England. It was directed by Lexi Alexander and stars Elijah Wood and Charlie Hunnam. In the United States and Australia, the film is called Green Street Hooligans. In other countries, it is called Football Hooligans or just Hooligans. In the film, an American college student falls in with a violent West Ham football firm (the Green Street Elite) run by his brother-in-law and is morally transformed by their commitment to each other.

The story and screenplay were developed by former hooligan turned author Dougie Brimson. Throughout the film, the Green Street Elite fight other "firms" such as Tottenham Hotspur's Yid Army, Birmingham City's Zulus, Manchester United's Red Army and Millwall's Bushwackers. A sequel called Green Street 2: Stand Your Ground, was released straight-to-video in 2009.

Plot
Matt Buckner (Elijah Wood), a journalism major, is expelled from Harvard University after cocaine is discovered in his room. However, the cocaine belongs to Jeremy Van Holden (Terence Jay), his roommate. Buckner is afraid to speak up because the Van Holdens are a powerful family, and Jeremy pays him $10,000 for taking the fall. Matt visits to the United Kingdom to stay with his sister Shannon (Claire Forlani), her husband Steve Dunham (Marc Warren) and their young son, Ben (James Allison). There, Matt meets Steve's brother, Pete (Charlie Hunnam), a loud and thuggish Cockney who runs a local football hooligan firm - a group of football supporters that arranges fights after matches - and teaches at a local school. Steve asks Pete to take Matt to a football match between West Ham United and Birmingham City, though Pete is reluctant to take a "Yank" to a football match, because of the xenophobic nature of his friends. He is persuaded because Steve will only give the money Pete needs to Matt. After defeating Matt in a fight, Pete decides to take Matt to the football match, thinking he might learn a thing or two.

Matt meets Pete's friends and his firm in the Abbey, their local pub. The hooligans all befriend Matt, with the exception of Pete's rather obnoxious right-hand man, Bovver (Leo Gregory). After a few pints of lager, they head to Upton Park for the match. After the match, Pete, Bovver, and the other firm members agree to go and fight some Birmingham fans, but Matt decides that it is not for him and tells Pete he is going to take the train home. On his way back to the underground, Matt is jumped by three Birmingham fans, who nearly give him a 'Chelsea Grin', but he is rescued by some GSE members, who are on their way to a larger fight. Though grossly outnumbered, the GSE manage to hold their ground until reinforcements chase off the Birmingham firm. Matt does well in his first true fight and is inducted into the GSE. After a row with Steve, Matt moves in with Pete, and the two exchange stories.

The GSE firm then head to an away game against Manchester United. Matt was not meant to come but ends up sneaking onto the train. Whilst on the train they are pre-warned that 40 Manchester United firm members are waiting for them at the station. Bovver hits the emergency stop button which allows the GSE to get off at an earlier stop (Macclesfield). Having failed to find a taxi, they persuade a van driver to take them into Manchester. Matt sits in the front of the van with the driver; the rest of the GSE are in the rear. As the van approaches the Man Utd. fans, Matt tells them that they are moving equipment for a Hugh Grant film, so the fans let them through. When past them, he stops the van, opens up the back, and the GSE charge out to attack the United firm members. They win the fight and run away singing "There's your famous GSE!"

It is soon revealed to Matt that the GSE's sworn enemy is Millwall's firm, led by Tommy Hatcher (Geoff Bell), with whom Bovver makes negotiations after getting jealous of Matt. After one of the members of the firm see Matt meeting his father, a renowned journalist for The Times, for lunch, they assume Matt is a "journo" as well. Bovver informs Pete of this, and, when Steve finds out, he goes to the Abbey to warn Matt. Matt finds out that Steve used to be "The Major" of the GSE but quit following a match against Millwall, to which Tommy Hatcher brought along his 12-year-old son. The boy was killed in the ensuing fight by members of the GSE, causing Tommy Hatcher to "lose it," blaming Steve and the GSE for his son's death. After witnessing this tragedy, Steve left football hooliganism for good.

At that moment, Bovver and Pete arrive, and there is a massive argument in the Abbey, in which Bovver comes out humiliated. Infuriated, Bovver goes to Millwall's local and asks Tommy Hatcher to ambush GSE at the Abbey. Initially reluctant, Tommy Hatcher agrees upon learning that Steve Dunham is there. Pete angerly confronts Matt in the bathroom over the covering-up of his real identity. The Millwall firm then crash the Abbey, and petrol bomb the bar. Upon arriving, Tommy Hatcher confronts Steve. Steve's attempt to convince Tommy Hatcher that he is no longer involved in the GSE only further reminds Hatcher of his son, and he stabs Steve in the neck with a broken bottle, telling him that if he dies tonight then they are both even. Bovver, who had been knocked out by Tommy Hatcher, comes round just in time to help Steve, who is badly injured. At the hospital, Pete blasts Bovver for his betrayal. Shannon decides to head back to the United States to ensure the safety of her family.

In the aftermath, the two firms meet near the Millennium Dome for a bloody and all-out brawl. Matt and Bovver show up to fight for the GSE, but during the fight, Matt's sister, Shannon, turns up with their son, and are attacked by a Millwall hooligan. Matt and Bovver come to their rescue. Pete notices that Tommy Hatcher is approaching the car, and distracts Tommy by taunting him to "finish him off." When Tommy Hatcher declares to have finished with him, Pete then retorts that Tommy Hatcher was to blame for his son's death, having failed to protect him, shouting "he was your son!". Tommy Hatcher, driven to insanity, attacks and beats Pete to death, all the while shouting out a variation of the words to the chant 'Only a poor little Hammer,' using it as an analogy for Pete's condition. The fight completely halts at this point, and Hatcher is eventually pulled off Pete by some of his friends as he breaks down in tears. Everyone on both sides gathers around Pete's dead body in shock, with Bovver sobbing at his side.

Matt returns to the United States and confronts Jeremy Van Holden in a restaurant toilet, where Jeremy is snorting cocaine. Jeremy arrogantly tells Matt to leave during a brief discussion in which he admits to his identity as the cocaine stash's true owner. Matt then pulls out a tape recorder and plays back what Jeremy just said, saying that it is his "ticket back to Harvard." Jeremy lunges at him to try to get the tape, but Matt casually reverses the attack and raises his fist as if to punch Jeremy. He does not do so, instead walking out with a smile as Jeremy collapses to the floor, defeated. The film ends with Matt walking down the street outside the restaurant singing "I'm Forever Blowing Bubbles."

Being John Malkovich (Movie)

Being John Malkovich is a 1999 American comedy-fantasy film written by Charlie Kaufman and directed by Spike Jonze. It stars John Cusack, Cameron Diaz, Catherine Keener, and John Malkovich, who plays a fictional version of himself. The protagonist, Craig Schwartz (Cusack), is a puppeteer who finds a portal that leads into Malkovich's mind.

PlotCraig Schwartz (John Cusack) is an unemployed puppeteer in a forlorn marriage with his pet-obsessed wife Lotte (Cameron Diaz). Gaining a file clerk job through Dr. Lester (Orson Bean) at LesterCorp, in the strange Floor 7½ low-ceiling offices of the Mertin Flemmer Building in New York City, he develops an attraction to his co-worker Maxine (Catherine Keener), who does not return his affections. Craig discovers a small door behind a filing cabinet which he enters, finding himself in the mind of actor John Malkovich; able to observe and sense whatever Malkovich does for fifteen minutes before he is ejected and dropped into a ditch near the New Jersey Turnpike. Craig reveals the portal to Maxine and they decide to let others use it at $200 a turn.

Craig tells Lotte, who becomes obsessed with the experience, allowing her to live out her transgender desires. Lotte becomes attracted to Maxine and they begin a sexual relationship by having Lotte inside Malkovich while Maxine has sexual intercourse with Malkovich. Craig, forsaken by both women, locks up Lotte in a cage. Unbeknownst to Maxine, he then enters into Malkovich's mind and has a sexual encounter with Maxine. Drawing on his puppeteering, Craig discovers that he is able to control Malkovich's actions while in his head, causing the actor to become paranoid. After consulting with his friend Charlie Sheen, Malkovich trails Maxine to the Mertin Flemmer building, where he finds and tries the portal and is placed in a world where everyone looks like him and can only say "Malkovich"; he is ejected and meets Craig by the turnpike, and angrily demands that the portal be closed, to which Craig refuses.

Lotte escapes and phones Maxine, revealing that Craig was having sex with her. Maxine is annoyed but accepts it as she enjoyed the experience. Seeking help, Lotte finds Dr. Lester, who reveals himself to be actually Captain Mertin, the creator of LesterCorp; he is well aware of the portal and has a room dedicated to Malkovich. Lester explains that the person connected to it becomes "ripe" for occupation on the eve of their 44th birthday. However after turning 44, the portal moves to its next host, an unborn child. The former allows one to increase their life before moving on to another host while the latter means being trapped within the unborn child. Dr. Lester, who has been using the portal to prolong his life, reveals his plan to use Malkovich for himself and several of his friends. Offered the chance to join Lester's group, Lotte warns him that Schwartz has control.

Meanwhile, Craig finds he is able to remain in Malkovich indefinitely. He spends the next eight months in Malkovich's body and through his control, turns Malkovich into a world-famous puppeteer, revitalizing puppetry. Malkovich also gets married to Maxine and learns that she is pregnant, as their relationship grows distant. Malkovich's 44th birthday approaches so Dr. Lester and his friends cut a deal with Maxine and fake a kidnapping, they call up Craig threatening to kill her if Craig does not leave. He shuts the phone down out of remorse causing Dr. Lester to think that he had called their bluff. Lotte loses hope and attempts to kill Maxine, but they end up at the turnpike after falling through the portal and Malkovich's shame-ridden subconscious. Maxine reveals that she conceived when Lotte was inside Malkovich's body, and kept the child because it is theirs. The revelation cements their love for each other.

Eventually, Craig calls back Dr. Lester thinking Maxine is still in danger, realising his opportunity Dr. Lester continues his bluff and convinces Craig to leave Malkovich's body voluntarily in his hope to win Maxine back. Malkovich finds that he has regained control of himself but his joy is cut short as moments later Dr. Lester and his friends enter the portal. Craig, discovering that Lotte and Maxine are together again, enters the portal in an attempt to become Malkovich and regain Maxine, but is too late and finds himself in the next host: Emily, the baby of Maxine. Craig is permanently imprisoned and must now spend the next 40 years watching Maxine and Lotte live happily ever after through Emily's eyes. Later, an aging Malkovich, under the collective mind of Dr. Lester and his friends, reveals to a now aged Sheen a plan to prolong their lives through Emily.

Robin Hood (Movie)

Robin Hood is a 2010 Anglo-American adventure film based on the Robin Hood legend directed by Ridley Scott and starring Russell Crowe and Cate Blanchett. It was released in 12 countries on 12 May 2010, including the United Kingdom and Ireland, and was also the opening film at the 2010 Cannes Film Festival the same day. It was released in a further 23 countries the following day, among them Australia, and an additional 17 countries on 14 May 2010, among them the United States and Canada.

Plot
It is 1199 and Robin Longstride (Russell Crowe) is a common archer in the army of Richard the Lionheart (King Richard I of England) (Danny Huston). A veteran of the Third Crusade and war of Richard I of England against Philip II of France, he now takes part in the siege against Chalus Castle. Disillusioned and war-weary, he believes the King when invited to give an honest view of the war and the King's conduct. After Robin gives a frank but unflattering appraisal, Richard breaks his promise and has Robin and comrades taken prisoner to be judged after ending the siege. Upon learning the King has been slain during an attack on the castle, the betrayed men decide to free themselves and desert. Along the way they come across an ambush of an English royal guard by Godfrey (Mark Strong), an English knight who is collaborating with the French and who is looking for King Richard after having conspired with King Philip II to assassinate Richard. Robin and his companions, seeing English soldiers being attacked by an unknown force, wade into the fray and counterattack using their skill as archers. Godfrey and his surviving men are chased off by this attack from Robin and his men, and Robin discovers that the English party was escorting the dead Richard's crown back to England in order to present it to the new English king, Richard's brother John. Surveying the scene of the fight, Robin finds a dying knight, Robert Loxley (Douglas Hodge). Loxley pleads with Robin to return his sword to his father in Nottingham. Robin reluctantly agrees and Loxley succumbs. Sizing up the situation Robin realizes that he and the companions who had fled with him from the English camp--two other common archers, Allan A'Dayle (Alan Doyle) and Will Scarlett (Scott Grimes), and a soldier Little John (Kevin Durand)--can impersonate the dead English escort party as a way of returning to England and can perhaps aggrandize themselves along the way. They strip the dead English soldiers of their arms and armour and don it themselves with Robin assuming the identity of the slain Loxley. Then, under the guise of the slain escort party, they head for the English ships on the coast.

Upon arriving in England, Robin (who has assumed the identity of Loxley) is brought to London and chosen to inform the Royal family of the King's death. He witnesses the coronation of King John (Oscar Isaac), the younger brother of Richard. John orders harsh taxes to be collected, sending Sir Godfrey off to the North to do so. He has no idea that Godfrey is a French agent who, using French troops, will use this Royal Decree to stir up enough unrest to cause civil war in England.

Robin and his companions head to Nottingham, where Loxley's elderly, blind father Sir Walter (Max von Sydow) asks him to continue impersonating his son, in order to prevent the family lands being taken by the crown. Loxley's widow, Lady Marian (Cate Blanchett), is initially distrustful of Robin, but soon warms to him when he recovers tithed grain for the townsfolk to plant.

Meanwhile, Godfrey's actions have stirred up the northern barons, who march to meet King John and demand the signing of a charter of rights. Having realized Godfrey's deception, and knowing he must reunite his people in order to meet an imminent French invasion, the King agrees. In Nottingham, Godfrey, hunting for Robin, fights with the Sir Walter, who is surprisingly skillful with a weapon, but being blind, is no match for Godfrey, who kills him.

Meanwhile, the French soldiers barricade all the townspeople in a building and burn it, except for Marian, who is under guard in another house. She kills her guard and escapes with the help of the village boys, who had recently been thieving running wild in Sherwood Forest. The King's army rides down into Nottingham and begins engaging the French, while Marian and the boys break open the house where the villagers are locked up. The French are subdued and Robin manages to glean when and where King Philip is invading.

The film climaxes on the beach below England's Cliffs of Dover with an attempted French invasion opposed by an English army. In the midst of the chaos Marian attempts to kill Godfrey, but he gains the upper hand and prepares to kill her. However Robin intervenes in the nick of time and he himself duels with Godfrey in the water. He is pushed between two boats, and has to submerge himself, and Godfrey manages to escape When the English appear to be victorious, Godfrey attempts to save himself by fleeing on horseback, but Robin shoots an arrow from long distance, piercing Godfrey's neck. When King John sees the English cheering for Robin instead of John, he senses a major threat to his power. Therefore, in the final scenes King John not only reneges on his promise to sign the Charter of the Forest but also declares Robin to be an outlaw, under the crime (usually punishable by death) of imposing himself as a knight. In response to this, Robin moves to Sherwood Forest with Lady Marian and his friends to form what will become the Merry Men of Sherwood Forest. The ending scenes are narrated by Marian, musing on how good life is in the Greenwood without the political problems and taxes of King John. And "So," the concluding scroll says, "the legend begins."
